Chris Terilli has more than 20 years of financial services experience working in various aspects of retail and commercial banking, strategic planning, technology and business alignment, back-office operations, process reengineering and project management.
Prior to joining ADS, Chris was a Manager at BearingPoint where he was responsible for the delivery of consulting services to various clients throughout the world. During his tenure at BearingPoint, Chris participated in a major process improvement design project for a major Israeli bank which resulted in $50 million in cost savings. Back home in the US, Chris led the effort to support a major capital markets client to be compliant with the Sarbanes-Oxley Act. Other project work included support of merger integration activities for Day 1 and Day 2 processes, and advisory support in creating a new bank for the King of Saudi Arabia.
Prior to BearingPoint, Chris was a Vice President and Change Manager at Bank of America and predecessor banks. During his tenure, Chris moved up from branch management where he was a consumer and commercial lender to sales of the bank’s proprietary mutual funds and later participated in a major process reengineering effort for the bank which completely transformed the front and back office activities for the retail bank. In the late 90s, Chris served as a project manager for 6 different merger integration projects, including Bank South, Charter Bank, Boatmen’s Bank, Barnett Bank and the original Bank of America.
He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Georgia State University and a Master of Business Administration degree from Emory University. He resides in Atlanta, Georgia.
